Welcome to Ali's blog. A blog that has absolutely nothing to do with juggling monkeys. It doesn't really have anything to do with much, just me rambling on about random things.

Well, I'm only blogging because I thought I should, my mind is actually pretty blank about what I could write about. Let's see... It's been a comparatively short time since I last blogged, so has anything noteworthy happened? No, not really. I've gone to work several times, been ill, got better (mostly), read several books, watched films, done Hullabaloo (the kid's club at my church), been to Nottingham for a meet up of New Frontiers churches in the region, had a nice lunch out with Helen, Rob and Mark, that's about it really. As you can see, my life has been its usual rollercoaster of excitement. Oh, I missed out the fact that I went to Eastbourne with Helen, Rob and Piers for a Children's Workers conference, where we stayed in the most awful B&B, which I feel responsible for as I booked it, the lady sounded nice on the phone, and nowhere else had the right number of rooms left. However, Helen already talked about that (I'm assuming that everyone reads her blog too as where on earth would I have picked up readers who aren't in our group of friends?)

Nothing else very exciting has happened, unless you count me trying to give Rob a hernia by suddenly deciding that I was just too sick of not being able to open the door to my fridge more than 40degrees so the fridge had to be moved that instant and lifted up onto the counter over the top of the freezer (the reason the fridge couldn't be opened properly is that the fridge and freezer wouldn't fit next to each other without the fridge being at an angle, and at an angle the door only opened a bit before hitting the washing machine, it's been bugging me for years). Does everyone else do this? Or is it just me. Something has been bothering you for ages, and you've been meaning to do it, but never got round to it, but then when you do get round to it it's suddenly vitally important that you do it then. So when I pulled the fridge out from where it was trapped and realised it was far too heavy for me to lift up on my own, instead of just putting it back, I made Helen send Rob round, horrible me.

Well, I have talked more than I expected to, I am going to try to post even when I don't think I have anything to say, just so that this doesn't go months without posts again. Therefore expect lots more drivel to come.
