This has actually been a fairly eventful week for me, On Thursday I went canoeing (technically kayaking) with Helen, Phil and Emma in a swimming pool. This was with this adrenaline church that Phil has got involved with, they meet up and do active things together. I really enjoyed it, I haven't canoed in years and it was great, though at first I did think canoeing in a pool would be a bit boring, but it was still fun, and when they turned the wave machine on at the end it was fantastic. As you probably know I'm not much of a sportsy person, but I do actually enjoy watersports, unlike any other types of sports, I just don't get much of a chance to do them. I spent the bank holiday weekend in Southend, Helen, Rob and I went to stay with her family I had fun it was quite relaxing and nice, though Helen was (and still is) poorly, which was a shame.
