Yay,
James posted!!
Mainly I was only insulting Estonia to get you to blog James, although they did sound rather jolly and not that impressive, I didn't really get to appreciate them properly, what with watching a small fuzzy clip online at work and not hearing the sound properly because of having to hold the headphones near my head. That makes no sense to people who don't know me, okay, I'll admit it, I have a problem with foam okay? I hate the feel of it, it's horrible, so I won't wear foam headphones, nasty things. Don't like sponges to do the washing up with either, I use a cloth. Really hate it when evil people leave dish washing sponges in the way, meaning that I have to pick them up (I use the scoury bit to pick them up by). That's not weird, it's perfectly normal I tell you! Okay, it's not, it's weird, but come on, does it really surprise you? Have I ever come across as being entirely normal?
Anyway, on the subject of Eurovision yet again - yes, we were, before the foam business, keep up will you - The Ukranian entry (clearly the best song and far superior to the Estonian one I'm sure) was on one of the music channels the other day! Excellent. It didn't sound as good, but then we realised that the television sound had gone back to flat, it sounds much better when set to pop or rock. Why it defaults to flat I don't know.
Random observation of the day
I had a really fascinating observation just now, but I wrote the rest of the entry first and now I can't remember it, so you'll just have to put up with a made up on the spot observation...
It's more of a fact, as often my observations end up being, but then nobody has commented on that yet, so maybe I'll carry on doing it, of course this in itself could count as an observation without the need for putting the fact in. Yes, I'll do that, my observation is that sometimes my observations are more facts about myself or something like that rather than an observation.
