Yesterday Mark showed me where some pressure points are, now I can cause discomfort, possibly pain with 1 finger beneath someone's ear, yay! I wasn't so good at finding the on on the neck, or kind of round the collar bone, but I got that ear one, got to the point where I could just jab out at it, horray!

I "watched" the formula one yesterday (wasn't paying much attention) they have weird things attaching their helmets to their backs, HANs (I'm guessing at the capitals) (Head and Neck system) apparently. Anyway, looking at it I realised that it's basically a big handle, presumably so they can crane drivers out. Did you know that's how they pick their drivers, they put them all in a big pool, then get one of those long poles with a hook on the end and play "hook a driver" just like the duck game, but on a larger scale.
